my optomitrist said i need glassess, and i asked if i could get contacts. he said thats fine.
he asked me if i want colored contacts %26amp; i asked if i could get back to him.
i think color contacts would be awesomeee..but i dont know WHAT color. nothing craaazy, like no orange, red...etc.

well as for your face... eat healthy foods and wash your face, get your vitamins from fruits and veggies. use facial moisturizer, get more sleep to get rid of the bags under your eyes. if you want make up suggestions, all i can say is use a little foundation that matches your skin color to get rid of the blotches and redness. dont overdo it!

Bath and body works are famous for their body sprays and lotions, but I don%26#039;t think anyone really pays attention to their body washes and shower gels. They are like the soap version of the lotions and the scent lasts all day. I%26#039;m serious. You can sniff your skin later and it still smells. Better than over scented perfume and sticky lotions.

I am not happy with my weight, and would love to be 125 at the thinnest. Anyways. I go back to school on August 22nd, and I was wondering just how much weight I could lose before then.
I would change my eating habits, by eating no snacks, because I am a huge snack eater right now! But I would cut out all of the snacks, and just eat my main meals. Which I eat healthy meals right now, just alot of snacks, and I mean alot!
I was wondering if I went to the gym for an hour a day, and cut out my snacks..how much weight would I lose before August 22nd? And please dont tell me to change any of my other eating habits, just tell me what going to the gym daily for an hour and cutting out junk food could do..Like ten pounds maybe? Tell me!!!

Would this be possible?What do you think?

10:30 - I have some wholegrain crisp things called Sunbites. And my yoghut.
(school - lunch time)
12:30 - I have some sanwhiches and a fruit and possibly a buscuit
When I get home I have a little snack. Some days a chocolate bar somedays fruit.
Then I have dinner.
That%26#039;s my regime anyway, eating smaller meals. However, since I am currently living in England, my lifestyle may be different from an Americans.

I need serious HELP!?
My twin sis and I got into a huge fight last night over which gender has it harder. Being a guy, I said that guys had it harder and being a girl was easy. We ended up having a drinking contest (our parents are gone for a week), and I passed out and lost.
When I was passed out though, she did a bunch of stuff to me. I woke up with long pink acrylics on my fingers, HUGE lips (from some lip plumping stuff) and glued-on prostetics breasts (from our mom%26#039;s mascetomy, they look ultra-realistic).
I%26#039;ve always been skinny and short, and with my long hair and big lips, we look like twin sisters now. She feels a little sorry, but won%26#039;t take off the acrylics, and the breasts won%26#039;t come off till a couple of days (I can%26#039;t damage them).
What can I do? I have errands and practice with my band, and there%26#039;s no way to change the way I look. I%26#039;ve gotten used to the nails, but i still look like a teen girl. Any suggestions would be great. Best gets 10 points and my thanks!!

Dont change who you are on the outside,but it is a proven fact if you feel better on how you look on the outside you feel better inside too. To help you with you shyness set a goal for yourself say on the first week at school I will talk to at least 3 new people. Maybe join a sport that could get you fit and meet you a lot of new friends.Practice being more social by getting involved in more social activities. Take special interest classes on topics that interest you, or join a bookclub, or dancing lessons... whatever. Just get out more and get involved and make an effort to reach out to other people there. Take baby steps at first, by starting with situations you feel most comfortable with. Reply:I don%26#039;t think anyone is fat, and I don%26#039;t think makeup or clothing makes the person. If you want to do anything to change a little, accent what you already have. Get a nice new hair cut. Go to a real professional place and ask for a stylish cut that you can do everyday without it being to difficult to do at home. Don%26#039;t be affraid to spend at least fifty or so bucks cause its a one time thing. After you get it cut with them you can maintain it at a cheaper place afterwards. I don%26#039;t suggest destroying anything natual if you%26#039;ve never dyed your hair before. Also, don%26#039;t wear makeup. Its not versatile. If anything, opt for a tinted moisturizer to replace the lotion you already put on your face. It will give u a natural healthy glow. And work on coming out of your shell! Your personality will stand out more than any physical feature!

How should I change for Sophmore year?
Dont change who you are on the outside,but it is a proven fact if you feel better on how you look on the outside you feel better inside too. To help you with you shyness set a goal for yourself say on the first week at school I will talk to at least 3 new people. Maybe join a sport that could get you fit and meet you a lot of new friends.Practice being more social by getting involved in more social activities. Take special interest classes on topics that interest you, or join a bookclub, or dancing lessons... whatever. Just get out more and get involved and make an effort to reach out to other people there. Take baby steps at first, by starting with situations you feel most comfortable with. Then start challenging your self by taking bigger risks.
Before going back to school:
1.Go get your hair done,Cut,styled,just let it grow out cut it to get rid of any split ends
2.facial
3.Mani-Pedi
4.Get eyebrows done
5.maybe a massage to relax

Reply:I don%26#039;t think anyone is fat, and I don%26#039;t think makeup or clothing makes the person. If you want to do anything to change a little, accent what you already have. Get a nice new hair cut. Go to a real professional place and ask for a stylish cut that you can do everyday without it being to difficult to do at home. Don%26#039;t be affraid to spend at least fifty or so bucks cause its a one time thing. After you get it cut with them you can maintain it at a cheaper place afterwards. I don%26#039;t suggest destroying anything natual if you%26#039;ve never dyed your hair before. Also, don%26#039;t wear makeup. Its not versatile. If anything, opt for a tinted moisturizer to replace the lotion you already put on your face. It will give u a natural healthy glow. And work on coming out of your shell! Your personality will stand out more than any physical feature!

For the butt I%26#039;m not sure if there is a technical name for what I do, but I stand (usually with my hand on something to keep my balance) and do alternating reps of 25 slowly swinging my leg from in front of me to as far back behind me as I can and hold it there for about 5 seconds. I already have a butt and this just helps keep it in shape but I would assume it would help a little for flat butts also:) Good luck

In this case its means a honey moon period -somewhat- these types of infations can last a while, (I know because I just got over one) you can%26#039;t help but to compleiment the person all the time. Also you talk everyday for 6 HOURS!!! If he can%26#039;t let you go and says all of these things then basically its a little difference to a love obessesion.
