I am currently 5%26#039;4, and 153 pounds.
I am not happy with my weight, and would love to be 125 at the thinnest. Anyways. I go back to school on August 22nd, and I was wondering just how much weight I could lose before then.
I would change my eating habits, by eating no snacks, because I am a huge snack eater right now! But I would cut out all of the snacks, and just eat my main meals. Which I eat healthy meals right now, just alot of snacks, and I mean alot!
I was wondering if I went to the gym for an hour a day, and cut out my snacks..how much weight would I lose before August 22nd? And please dont tell me to change any of my other eating habits, just tell me what going to the gym daily for an hour and cutting out junk food could do..Like ten pounds maybe? Tell me!!!

Okay well, I heard that it%26#039;s better to eat a lot of little meals throughout the day than three big meals. It%26#039;s supposed to be better for your metabolism.
I would cut out meat if I were you. I%26#039;m vegan, and I was vegitarian my whole life and I neve rhad any problem with my weight. Eat less meat and more veggies.
Would this be possible?What do you think?

Reply:Ok, heres what I do. It stops me snacking, I just eat smaller meals instead.
7:05 - Cereal
(at school - break time)
10:30 - I have some wholegrain crisp things called Sunbites. And my yoghut.
(school - lunch time)
12:30 - I have some sanwhiches and a fruit and possibly a buscuit
When I get home I have a little snack. Some days a chocolate bar somedays fruit.
Then I have dinner.
That%26#039;s my regime anyway, eating smaller meals. However, since I am currently living in England, my lifestyle may be different from an Americans.
