i don%26#039;t think there is anything you can do- you could stop having calcium in your diet and then get osteoporosis and then you will shrink, I wouldn%26#039;t recommend that though!

Don%26#039;t think you can make yourself shorter, but you do strink slightly when you get old.

Reply:My husband was mountain bike riding once, hit a tree root, which stopped his bike but he kept going forward and hit a tree head first, and compressed his spine. He went from 6%26#039;4%26quot; to 6%26#039;2%26quot;, and it took almost 10 years before he was finally back at 6%26#039;4%26quot;. He also suffered major pain for quite a while afterwards.





Other than that, I%26#039;ve worked in an OR for 20+ years, and I think you%26#039;re stuck at the height you are at. Be proud. Tall is beautiful!
Reply:sadly no. unless you willing to go into surgery and stuff like that. they%26#039;ll probably scrape off a bit of your bones and muscles so you could srink a few inches. but tats dangerous and maybe life threatining.
